Petrochemical industry is the lifeblood of a country's industrial economy.Under the rapid economic development,with the increasing demand and consumption of petroleum in China,making full use of petroleum resources will inevitably become the goal of sustainable development.At present,the annual output of oily sludge in China is about 5 million tons,and the oil content is relatively high.If it can be fully utilized,it will increase the output of crude oil every year.The method used in this paper is the conditioning-centrifugation method,which uses this method to treat oily sludge.Based on flocculants and demulsifiers,different conditioning agents are prepared and synthesized based on single factors and orthogonal experiments.Different centrifuge conditions are determined.By examining the basic properties of oily sludge,the research results show that: oily sludge has oil content,water content,and mud content respectively 27.16%,37.15%,and35.13%,respectively organic matter and volatile matter content is 0.56%.Under the condition of conditioning-centrifugation process,through XRD analysis of oily sludge,it was found that the main components were inorganic minerals such as silica.The experiment of centrifugal treatment of oily sludge with composite conditioner.Experiment 1 show that: using polyacrylic acid,sodium polyacrylate,polyacrylamide(non-ionic)and potassium aluminum sulfate as a single agent,the complex was obtained through a single flocculation experiment and orthogonal experiment.With flocculant.It was tempered with synthetic demulsifier DAPME,and the ratio of synthetic demulsifier DAMPE to compound flocculant was determined to be 2:3.The oily sludge in the oilfield was subjected to conditioning and centrifugal deoiling.The centrifugal process conditions were:stirring time 20 min,centrifugation time 30 min,centrifugal speed 3600r/min,tempering temperature 45°C,at this time the deoiling effect is the best,the deoiling rate is 95.66%.Experiment 2 research show that: through the screening of organic and inorganic flocculants and on-site demulsifier,and then using orthogonal test method to prepare composite flocculant-demulsifier mixed conditioner,determine the demulsifier and flocculant in the compound conditioner The conditioning ratio is 3:1,and the oily sludge in the oilfield is subjected to conditioning and centrifugal deoiling.The centrifugal process conditions are:stirring time 15 min,centrifugation time 30 min,and centrifugal speed 3600 r/min.The oil removal rate was 87.07%.The results of microemulsion conditioning-centrifugal treatment of oily sludge show that:when the ratio of microemulsion prepared by sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether is 2:1,the oily sludge is d-eoiled The best effect,the centrifugal process conditions are: centrifuge speed 3600r/min,centrifugation time 10 min,treatment temperature 45?,treatment 5goily sludge,when the amount of microemulsion is3 ml,the oil removal rate ofoily sludge reaches 97.35%.The experimental results of a new inorganic polymer flocculant conditioning-centrifugal treatment of oily sludge show that: using aluminum sulfate,magnesium sulfate,zinc sulfate,sodium silicate as the main raw materials to synthesize a new flocculant PSAMZ,determine n(Zn):n(Si):n(Mg):n(Al)=3:1:0.66:0.33,the dosage is 70mg/L,pH = 9,the centrifugal process conditions are: reaction time 30 min,reaction temperature 30?,centrifugation time 35 min,The centrifuge speed is 3400r/min,the deoiling effect is the best at this time,the deoiling rate is 81.18%.
