Natural gas as a clean, efficient and less pollution of the energy, compared with other fuels, the CO2, SO2, NOx and soot emissions can be greatly reduce, which is to improve the atmosphere, reducing the greenhouse effect has a very significant role, its efficient, clean,convenient, and other advantages are gradually being recognized. for development and the use of natural gas is the trend in the world energy development. the proportion of natural gas in primary energy consumption structure is rise.Natural gas usually is gaseous. the place of origin are often away from the user, the gas can be transported by pipeline. liquefied natural gas technology made is possibility for application of gas, at atmospheric pressure cryogenic natural gas to-162 ℃, natural gas in liquid form, namely liquefied natural gas(LNG), its volume reduced when gaseous 1/625,greatly facilitate the transportation and storage of natural gas.The free wate, gaseous water or saturated water of the natural gas usual causes Pressure drop of the piping line. Sometime the water of the gas can form hydrate. The hydrate will plug the pipe.when gas containing acid gases, liquid water will accelerate the H2 S and CO2 are serious corrosion of piping and equipment. The wate of gas shoud be remove. The dewatering methods include cooling dehydration, adsorption dehydration, adsorption method for dehydration and membrane dehydration. The absorption method is usually use for dehydration. The common solid absorbent include silica gelatine activated alumina. There are have a compare of the molecular sieve dehydration process(fluactuate press reprocess and fluactuate Temperature reprocess). The fluactuate press reprocess is good. It use the software HYSYS simnlate the dehydration process, and have a selection and calculate of the equipments of the dehydration process, Both of the designs the dehydration process flow and equipments will be permit by the criterions of dehydration designing. to ensure the normal operation of natural gas become LNG production plant.
