Aging is due to the effect of sludge oil, chemicals, bacteria, emulsification properties is relatively stable, it is between the upper layer and lower layer water, and is very difficult to separate from the middle sedimentation method. Aging and contains a lot of high conductivity of oil in the material, the paralysis of the electric dehydration system, the trip occurred frequently, seriously affected the normal production of oil field. Aging oil treatment in oil in the system has been plagued by the problem of the normal production of the oil field. The conventional aging oil demulsifier dehydration, large quantity, high operating costs.The experimental analysis of the four components of the aging aging oil, oil density, viscosity and other properties were compared to find out the cause of aging, crude oil, oil processing difficulties, to determine the main factors influencing the stability of emulsion of aging oil, put forward suitable for Jilin oilfield aging oil treatment methods. Due to the aging oil is thermodynamically unstable system, with the increase of temperature, the solubility of natural emulsifiers increased glial, asphaltene oil, mechanical strength will weaken the film, enhance the ability of water molecules from the movement from the emulsion, The water droplets can form large droplets sink will collide in the fusion, so using distillation method can solve this problem. And the processing capacity of the scale-up experiment.The study shows that, oil and water content of 27% aging in Jilin oilfield, the initial boiling point of 102 oC, when processing the 400 g content of aging oil, dehydration temperature of 155 oC, processing time is 61 min, the use of distillation method can make the moisture content is below 0.3%; When processing the 8.14 kg aging oil treatment, 72 min under the temperature of 155 oC, this method can make the cleaning oil average moisture content is 0.26%, and the experiment can achieve the same effect. And the experiments show that, there is a certain relationship between the oil temperature and the moisture content, when the aging oil temperature reached 115 degrees, which can replace the original end of dehydration, require multiple measurements, the reagent consumption of water volume and poor timeliness rate determination method. Additionally on how to prevent the bumps were discussed in the distillation process, found that adding 1/5-1/3 aging oil quality and diameter of 0.5cm zeolite, and the thrust force in a certain range, can achieve the best effect of explosive boiling.Through the experimental design of aging oil dehydration process, and the dewatering device which is designed. Distillation method without any additives, is a kind of strong adaptability, high efficiency of aging oil dehydration method.
