Scale oilfield is mainly composed of carbonate scale, silicate scale and sulfate scale of existing scale remover can well solve the problem of carbonate scale, but for containing a mixture of sulfate scale descaling effect is not good, so the distribution of a kind of ability to blend containing sulfate scale has good effect of descaling agent for oil field is of great significance. Chelating agent descaling technology as a new technology, especially the excellent performance of metal ion chelating agent DTPA, in the process of the application show the better performance of descaling, descaling and its high efficiency, high temperature stability, the advantages of small toxicity, with its as the descaling agent has a good application prospect in descaling reaction.This paper adopted the method of chloroacetic acid to synthesis divinyl three amine five acetic acid, the different reaction conditions on divinyl three amine five acetic acid production rate. Summarizes the good washing methods. And obtained the best process parameters: the reaction temperature was 60℃, reaction material ratio n chloroacetic acid: n NaOH: n divinyl three amine: n NaOH = 5:5. 25:1. 2:5. 25, about 8 h reaction time, acidic pH = 1.67 or so. Through the experiments we get divinyl three amine five most prolific rate is about 91% of acetic acid.DTPA solution was investigated by using static descaling method, descaling effect of barium sulfate scale, according to the analysis of test results, considering factors such as economy and descaling ability, DTPA solution in addition to the best reaction conditions of barium sulfate scale are as follows: reaction temperature 60 ℃, the reaction time of 24 h,system pH = 12, DTPA solution with the amount of 50 mg/L, 100 ml. The descaling effect is best, descaling rate can reach more than 55%, also found that DTPA and oxalic acid added amount of 1:1 scale removal rate is maximum; In the quantity of DTPA and EDTA distribution of 1:1, descaling effect is best, DTPA and EDTA in except on barium sulfate scale has a good synergy.To analyze the composition of oil field scale sample, and the distribution of several kinds of detergent, descaling experiments, by observing the experiment phenomenon, analysis of experimental data, we further introduced the compound with DTPA, and achieved good anticipated effect, make the descaling rate has improved.
