While the efficient and smoothly operating of Water injection system is helpful to oil production, the energy consumption is heavily too. At present, the development of Xin Li oilfield is based in water injection. After decades of development, equipment, pipe network aging, serious corrosion. There are many problems widespread in water injection system, such as large loss of motors, the pressure of pumps and pipes, ultra-boost pressure injection. Manual inspecting is difficulty, and monitoring and operating of equipments in water injection is difficulty too due to widely distribution.With the rapid development of information technology, the introduction of our country and from abroad in industrial control systems, but also began to develop similar industrial equipment with independent intellectual property rights which using in oil production process control, has made gratifying achievements. Based on the analysis and coMParison on the basis of the current international generic distributed DCS, PLC and FCS, this parper designed a IPC used in oil field water injection system. The platform has a universal interface, coMPatible with most of the monitoring equipment, while collecting the monitor data into TCP/IP protocol for transmission to Ethernet. Corresponding hardware and software upgrades depending on the application due to the system also has a smartphone operating system and the processor can simultaneously support multiple interfaces.
