Oilfield water injection is a method of increase production and reduce the exploitation of oil recovery fall after following the use of natural gas,liquid,expansion rock and dissolved gas drive and other natural oildrilling mechanisation.After scientific computing,people have exploited more than tens of thousands of barrels oil from the ground through waterflooding.Not only exploit the resources fully,but also increase production and improve performance of enterprises for the oil companies.In this paper,Xinjiang ZhunDong oilfield Beisantai water injection station as the object of study.Giving a brief description of the whole process of water injection and determining the monitored object.System architecture adopts IPC+PLC+HMI.IPC is a monitoring and management of data.High-performance PLC adops a soft-redundant manner to control the water injection pump,which greatly improves the reliability of the system.If the waterflooding process failure,in the case of non-stop,the use of internal PLC software redundancy package program,it can automatically switch the master / slave system to continue the demand of waterflooding.Control system changes the old control mode of “one drives one”,adopts “two drive two” of inverter and soft-starter composite control,that is,when a pathway of a pump or an inverter(soft-starter)failture,continuing to complete the task using another pathway of a intact pump or an inverter(soft-starter)by switching contacts.Aimming at water injection pressure instability and high precision,the design of a Siemens internal continuous controller FB41 block with constant injection program to meet water demands.The water injection station control system field application shows that a composite control of inverter and soft-starter is a feasible and reliable operation.
