The oil and gas industry requirements for oil industry test is more and more high, but the multiphase fluid flow in oil wells is very complex, test method of phase holdup which requires the flow measurement accuracy is high enough, the real-time. The column flow conductance probe logging is a logging technology, is a kind of two-phase flow phase holdup measurement methods, is produced with the observations of science and the progress of computer technology, the research and development is not only the inevitable outcome of the development of science and technology, but also a kind of rational development of oil production well test method. After verification, the test results meet the need of oil and gas production.Based on the related domestic and foreign literatures on the existing several kinds of two-phase flow measurement method for holdup were summarized and compared, analyzed the basic principles of various methods, application scope and advantages and disadvantages, and combined with the crude oil of Liaohe Oilfield with high viscosity and high water cut characteristics, using a conductivity probe measurement method the design of the circuit, a current array conductance probe measurement system based on FPGA and the realization of oil-water two-phase flow.In this paper, using the FPGA design of Manchester encoder and decoder, serial/ parallel conversion module, phase selection module, these modules and other related circuit integrated in FPGA chip, system integration to overcome the discrete component circuit anti-interference and easy zxkzfzment and other defects, and effectively solve the requirements of underground environment on the instrument size.
