Measurement of downhole oil-water two-phase flow phase holdup is a major technical problem, well within the multiphase fluid flow parameter cannot on-line real-time accurate measurement, with the rapid development of production technology and computer technology, multi electrode array conductance measurement technology arises at the historic moment, this technology solves the two-phase flow void fraction and flow velocity were measured at the same time, and can be processed to extract the characteristic parameters of two-phase fluid to be measured. This paper firstly introduces the basic principle of measuring technology and two phase flow measurement method of multi pole array conductance sensor, and the measurement resolution, real-time, accuracy and precision are improved. Secondly design using FPGA as the core control system measurement model, hardware system performance directly affect the measurement parameters, make full use of the FPGA I / O port configuration and flexible to achieve multiple choice, the whole measuring system integrated Manchester encoding decoding, data acquisition, serial communication in one, through multi-level array conductance method for measurement of oil-water two-phase flow parameters, FPGA is responsible for data collection and analysis of storage and operation. Finally, the human-computer interaction interface is displayed.The FPGA as the control core with multi-stage conductance array optimization scheme of oil-water two-phase flow parameters measurement system hardware construction, and enhance the stability of the system. Under the laboratory environment of oil-water two-phase flow is studied to verify multi electrode array conductance sensor probe structure and related hardware circuit can accurately identify oil-water distribution and prove the applicability and reliability of the measuring system.
