| D block structure locates on the western sag of LiaoHe rifted basin and in the northwest of Shuguang oilfield in middle west slope,The development target layer is the Du Jiatai oil layer of the upper reservoir the forth Shahejie formation in Paleogene.The top surface tectonics of Du Jiatai reservoir oil layer,on the whole, is the monoclinic structure under the background of the slope, pitching from north west to south east direction, the stratigraphic dip Angle is commonly 5 ° ~ 10 °.The lithology of the reservoir is mainly made up of the conglomeratic sandstone and anisometric sandstone, the separation is from medium to deviation; belonging to the high porosity, high permeability reservoir. The occurrence is mainly from thin to the middle thick oil layer, the type of the reservoir is layered edge water. the oil density in 20 ℃ is 0.9001 ~ 0.9504 g/cm3, the ground degassed oil viscosity in 50 ℃ is 325 ~ 2846 mPa, s, the property of the crude oil is ordinary heavy.In this paper, according to the production and testing data,this thesis evaluates the effect of steam stimulation, steam drive, hot water flooding and combustion drive experiment. The result shows that the steam stimulation which reaching theâ… level of the development,however the degree of reserve recovery is low if it continues steam stimulation. It needs to change the development way. The effect of Steam drive test is poorer, showing that production factor, oil steam ratio, low recovery efficiency and poor economic benefit, the main reason of affecting this block’s steam flooding effect is that steam flooding operation parameter design is not reasonable. Crude oil’s viscosity increased after the steam stimulation for many years, under the geological condition, the crude oil’s viscosity is more than 250 mPa, s, the effect of hot water flooding experiment is poor. Fire flooding pilot test achieves good development effect, daily oil production rises, the daily oil production of the symmetry rises from 14.2 t/d to 98.8 t/d,the underground combustion is in good condition, achieving the high temperature oxidation burning. Compared with other ways, the fire flooding is a potential development way of D block.Using numerical simulation software, reservoir engineering method and combining with geological characteristics of the study, rationally dividing the development series of strata, determining the optimum well pattern and spacing, optimizing the key injection-production parameters such as the ignition temperature, gas injection pressure, gas injection speed, deploying of fire flooding development on the overall D block. |
