The development of low permeability oilfield is one of the most important issues in the modern petroleum industry, in Daqing oil field a block formation permeability is low, the fracture development is obvious, in investment in the development of the future, production decline faster, the water injection effect is not obvious, low productivity of horizontal wells,in order to improve the development effect of the block, this paper in the area to carry on the earthquake interpretation, and by using the numerical simulation method, underground oil and water circulation in the area were studied. In this paper, the structural interpretation, fault characterization and reservoir prediction of target layer, using manual identification, trend surface method, time slice, coherence method integrated to determine the micro structure, the fine geological data, draw structure map and the fracture distribution, the relative error is less than 0.3%; By 3D geological modeling of block, establishes the structural model, attribute model and fracture model, and completed the history fitting work through numerical simulation software to determine the underground remaining oil distribution, analysis of the current development of the existing problems, and through fuzzy evaluation and the results of numerical simulation combined with each other to determine the way each well water breakthrough direction. Finally, according to the analysis results, the reasonable measures to adjust the scheme are given, and the dynamic prediction and optimization of the scheme are given. The optimal scheme increases oil 14.1*104t, and the oil recovery is increased by 2%.
