With the rapid development of the global industry, environmental issues have become increasingly prominent. Photocatalysis has caused great interest in using solar energy to solve environmental pollution problems. As a typical semiconductor, titanium dioxide has attracted lasting concern due to its low toxicity, low cost, excellent chemical stability and high activity. However, as a result of its wide band gap, UV light excitation and low quantum efficiency(QE), the practical application of Ti O2 has been prohibited. Including pollutants purification, antibacterial and so on. For these resons, the following three routes were proposed: 1) modifying Ti O2 with carbon through novel technique to extend its light absorption edge to visible region;2)Expand the applications of photocatalytic materials to purify highly pathogenic bacteria hospital environment, to replace the traditional antibacterial drugs;3) Design efficient catalytic reactor and efficiently kill bacteria,in order to meet the needs of practical application. For the above reasons, this graduation thesis mainly includes the following three parts.(1) Ethanol supercritical route for Cux O/Ti O2 with enhanced photocatalytic capability in degrading pollutants.In this section, we prepared Cux O / Ti O2 via supercritical solvothermal approach using Copper nitrate and tetrabutyl titanate as copper, titanium source. In virtue of XRD,SEM,XPS characterizations results showed that the ethanol supercritical treatment also contributed mesoporous structure, small crystal size, large special surface areas, high crystallinity and high visible-light absoption. Thus, these functional catalysts exhibited high photocatalytic performance and excellent recyclability for MO degradation under visible-light irradiations(λ > 420 nm).(2) Research of Cux O / TiO2 photocatalytic killing of Acimeshobacter baumanniiCux O/Ti O2 prepared by the above method used in photocatalytic antibacterial under visible light. In virtue of SEM,ICP,TOC characterizations to study antibacterial process, The phenomenon bacterial autolysis and self-healing was investigated, The photocatalytic materials showed excellent activity in the process of destroying acimeshobacter baumannii, effectively avoid the defects of bacteria resistant by antibiotics.(3) Photoelectric catalysis performance study of Cux O/Ti O2@ Cu mesh killing of Acimeshobacter baumanniiCux O/Ti O2 particles directly load on copper surface and form combined with the strong, thickness of film via supercritical solvothermal approach, which can effectively solve the problem of the separation of catalyst. Photoelectric catalysis reactor of Cux O/Ti O2 thin film with the help of the conductivity of the copper meshwork applied to kill acimeshobacter baumannii. Plus a slight bias makes the photo-generated electrons and holes are more easily separated, thus greatly improving the killing efficiency of Acimeshobacter baumannii.
