With the rapid development of society,environmental problems have been paid more and more attention.Bacteria are widely found in nature's water and soil,the hospital environment,threatening human health,including Acinetobacter baumannii and E.coli and so on.And light?photoelectric?catalytic technology can be used to solve the problem of environmental pollution and solar energy has become popular.The most prominent of these is the light?photoelectric?catalyst has good antibacterial properties,but for the light?photoelectric?catalytic sterilization mechanism is still less.The purpose of this paper is to make photocatalytic?photoelectric?sterilization to be more widely applied to the optical?photoelectric?catalytic bactericidal mechanism to make research mainly divided into the following aspects:?1?Study on the bactericidal mechanism of CuxO/TiO2 composite photocatalystprepared by supercritical alcohol-thermal methodThe supercritical alcohol method was used to synthesize CuxO/TiO2 composite visible light photocatalyst with copper nitrate as the copper source and tetrabutyl titanate as the titanium source.In this paper,we studied the bactericidal mechanism from the aspects of DNA analysis,RNA analysis,protein analysis and apoptotic detection,in order to study the mechanism of the bactericidal action of this catalyst in the killing of Acinetobacter baumannii.The results showed that both the Rec?A?and tRNA proteins were involved in the repair of SOS in the cell during the sterilization process.The photocatalytic activity of the bacteria was destroyed during the sterilization process.The bacteria no longer had the ability of self-completely kill.?2?Study on the Performance and Mechanism of CuxO/TiO2@Cu Net Photocatalytic Activity for Eliminating Acinetobacter baumanniiPreparation of CuxO/ TiO2 @ Cu net thin films by One-pot supercritical alcohol thermal technology.The prepared films were characterized by XRD and FESEM Mott-Schottky curves.The bactericidal properties and bactericidal mechanism of this film were studied.Through the sterilization process of the voltage modulation of the final selection of 0.2 V sterilization process for the best voltage.The mechanism of bactericidal action was studied from the outflow of K+,the test of bactericidal activity factor,the outflow of DNA / RNA,the infrared spectrum of bacterium during germicidal process,the detection of bacterial TOC and the self-repair of bacteria.It was found that the photo-electrocatalysis had the better sterilization effect.?3?Ag-TiO2-GO photocatalytic?photoelectrocatalysis?bactericidal performance and mechanismThe germination activity of Ag-TiO2-GO prepared by supercritical alcohol thermal method was better than that of ordinary heat treatment.The addition of graphene has the properties of conductivity,which is the basis for the subsequent antimicrobial photocatalytic film.Then we intend to Ag-TiO2-GO into the film,to explore its photoelectrocatalytic bactericidal performance and mechanism.
