Fluorescence molecular probe is quick and easy to operate, the advantages of high sensitivity and visibility, application without damage to biological macromolecules, making it stands out in the numerous detection technology. At present, the fluorescent probes in the detection of amino acids, oxygen acid, acid, alkali and heavy metals play an important role. Coumarin compounds, with good stability, large Stokes displacement, and the advantages of adjustable physical and chemical properties of light, are often used in the construction of fluorescent molecular probes in recent years.A series of coumarin derivatives were designed and synthesized, and ther structures were identified by 1H NMR,13C NMR,and element analysis. The properties of probes were analyzed by fluorescence spectroscopy and UV-vis.Compound 2-3 can be used to detect Cu2+ and HOCl separately in different systems, it achieved to detect glutathione in the presence of Cu2+; the compound 2-4 can be detected heavy metals Cu2+ and Fe3+ at the same time under certain conditions; the compound 2-5 can be selective detected AcO-; as well as the compound 2-6 can be selective detected Al3+;they can be successfully applied for bioimaging detection in living cells.
