Construct Validity Research On China’s Environmental Index

In recent years, scholars around the world has never stop the research on environmental, because that environmental problems caused by social and economic reason has increased every year. As a method of providing policy guidance, environment evaluation research has become one of the main topics on normal research. Comprehensive evaluation is a effective method on environmental assessment by evaluating various behavior and the performance after grade. However, because that the construction of index system plays an important role on comprehensive evaluation, both at the national level and the research institutions from all over the world emphasis on environment evaluation index system of building, ignoring the index system. This does not conform with the principle of evaluation studies, so the test study of effectiveness index system of conception is very meaningful.Firstly, the conception of effectiveness, confirmatory factor analysis, and the concept of environmental evaluation and development process are reviewed briefly, and introduces the commonly used methods on environmental assessment. Meanwhile, evaluation index system has be briefly introduced. Then, choosing the more mainstream environment evaluation index to construct our country regional environment index system, which contains pollution status, pollution control and effects. Next, on the basis of the effectiveness of the theoretical, using confirmatory factor analysis method to confirm the index system of effectiveness vision. Finally, according to the test results and related discipline theory to modify the index system, the theoretical and statistical environment evaluation index system has be construct.Index system of the new correction of the problems existing in the original index system, providing certain reference for regional environmental assessment in China, but more importantly, providing a thought of test environment evaluation index system, a method of test framework, promoting the research in the field of environmental assessment, which has strong operability and practicability.
