This test is based on a nucleoside pharmaceutical factory in Xinxiang as the test site.To the enterprise in the sewage treatment plant biochemical treatment effluent treatment plant as the MBR depth into the water. Carefully examines the MBR technology in the treatment of pharmaceutical biochemical treatment effect of running water. And by changing the operation condition under different conditions, detailed analysis of the wastewater retention time (HRT), dissolved oxygen (DO) the influence factors of operation parameters on the depth of the processing section. Got the pharmaceutical biochemical treatment process in deep processing water the best operation parameters and the influence of various factors relations, and the cleaning of the membrane were analyzed.By means of analyzing nucleoside pharmaceutical wastewater quality of the characteristics and comparing a variety of pharmaceutical wastewater processin g route and process, On the basis of detailed analysis of test results, use the MBR process for handling process and CASS pool water for MBR test device of feed water, design a set of processing capacity of 50 1/h MBR pilot syste m.Pilot test results show that the best hydraulic retention time is 9 hours. W hen the dissolved oxygen concentration is in 4-6 mg/L, stable effluent COD is below 80 mg/L and stable discharging ammonia nitrogen is below 3 mg/L, which meets to the new standards emissions requirements; For economic reas ons, we determine the optimal concentration of dissolved oxygen is 4 mg/L.This experiment systematically studied the control of membrane fouling and cleaning, the cleaning methods for various are classes of drugs. In the proces s of the pilot, the period of the membrane filter and cleaning are normal and there is nondestructive film or blocking film scene; In addition, to compare the recovery of membrane flux value in detail, we perfect the safe operation and cleaning methods of membrane.
