Synthetic wood,a environmental procetion and energy saving material composed with abandoned plastics and crop stalks is a new material for recent research. Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. West An Hongchen first synthesis of wood used to build the greenhouse. The main problem presence of synthetic wood shed is: the physical properties of synthetic wood skeleton is unknown; synthetic wood skeleton soften in summer for the high temperature, which must will weaken the carrying capacity of the greenhouse skeleton; lacking enough rigidity of synthetic wood material.Main works about our research: 1.Testing the physical properties of the synthetic wood skeleton, including crushing strengh, tensile strength, flexural strength, nail-holding ability, fluorescent aging ability and impact strength. 2.Testing the carrying capacity of the synthetic wood skeleton greenhouse. 3.A survey for practical usage of the double layer coating and synthetic wood skeleton greenhouse.Results and conclutions of our research:1.Temperature has significantly infuence on the mechanical property of synthetic wood materials. The crushing strengh, tensile strength and flexural strength all have negative correlation with environmental temperature.2.Implanting steel belt in synthetic wood can obviously enhance the carrying capacity of the greenhouse skeleton, also can improve the limiting stress under different conditions; The perforated steel belts fixed on the lower surface of the synthetic wood skeleton can change brittle rupture to ductile rupture of the skeleton, which can obviously increase the structure safety.3. synthetic implant materials wood frame perforated steel on the mechanical properties of the material to improve significantly, but the effect on the mechanical properties of the material from the drilling is not obvious.4. When implanted synthetic wood frame punching distance of 10 cm of steel skeleton 56.00% performance increase than the original steel.The greenhouses using improved sythetic wood skeleton tested show better carrying capacity with a 29.7 percent raising up.5. Pollars are necessary for a synthetic wood skeleton greenhouse over 8m breadth, otherwise it can not keep structure stability.6.synthetic wood frame materials screw holding(> 800N) and skeleton impact resistance(no rupture) to meet national requirements for the material.7. Greenhouse skeleton synthetic wood materials under loads 0.244 KN / m2, the material has reached the limit state is not suitable to continue carrying.8. After addition of synthetic wood frame materials perforated steel maximum resistance to bending is little volatility, did not join the strip when the fluctuation range of the bending strength of the skeleton-29.50%~23.30% volatility flexural capacity was added after the lower surface of the skeleton steel the range of-18.91%~19.28%, the maximum bending power fluctuations lower surface of the skeleton was added after punching the strip in the range-5.38%~4.95%.
