| Hot washing is mainly wax removal measure at present. Hot washing parameters were only controlled experientially by operator in traditional hot washing operation, which is low efficiency and large energy consumption. So it is practical engineering significance to study the numerical calculation of the temperature distribution of wellbore hot lotion in well hot washing process for the hot washing parameters optimization, improving the efficiency of hot washing, saving energy consumption.Based on the mathematical model of the wellbore produced fluid temperature distribution, the temperature distribution of oil well produced fluid in the wellbore was calculated in this paper. With the energy conservation law and the Fourier law, under the condition of formation leakage, the mathematical models of the temperature distribution of the wellbore hot lotion in well hot washing process were established, and the relevant numerical calculation method was given. The program "Calculation of temperature distribution of wellbore hot lotion in well hot washing process" was programmed by using VB6.0. Taking the oil well Bei 1-41-15 of Oil Recovery Plant NO.1 of Daqing Oilfield as an example, the produced fluid temperature distribution was calculated under the production condition, and the wax precipitation point location was given. The temperature distribution of the wellbore hot lotion in well hot washing process was calculated, and the curves were drawn of temperature distribution of the casing annular hot lotion and tubing hot lotion in well hot washing process in different hot washing time, hot washing injection temperature, hot washing injection rate and formation leakage, and the optimization analyses were given of the hot washing time, temperature and injection rate. |
