Hot washing is a wax removal measure applied widely in oilfield. In hot wash process, field operation technicians often rely on experience to adjust the parameters of the hot washing, hot washing efficiency is low, energy consumption is high. Therefore, it has practical engineering significance to carry on the research on control of oil well hot washing temperature and time in Sazhong block of Daqing oilfield for the hot washing parameters optimization, improving the efficiency of hot washing, saving energy consumption.In this paper, the amount of wax-containing, wax precipitation temperature and melting temperature of the crude oil samples of 15 wells provided by No.1 Oil Production Company of Daqing Oil Field were experimentally measured. On the basis of the mathematical models of buried pipeline temperature distribution and wellbore temperature distribution, the oil well hot wash temperature and time control mathematical model and the corresponding calculation method were given; Using VB6.0 language, the program of "Oil well hot wash buried pipeline temperature and time control in Sazhon Block" was programmed. Using the program mentioned above, the numerical tables of “buried pipeline temperature control in Sazhong” and“hot washing time control in Sazhong” were obtained. The numerical tables mentioned above were applied in the hot washing experiments of 15 Wells, such as B1-26- E59 Well and so on, in No.1 Oil Production Company of Daqing Oil Field, the results show that the hot washing time is reduced, the saving energy effect is getted.
