With the deepening development of Jilin oilfield, the refracturing frequencyincreasing, the formation pressure is lower and lower, near wellbore zone is also more and more loose, after pressing formation sand production is also becoming more and more serious, the need for sand fracturing of the original system of further optimiza and refinement, to further extend the working life of the oil well and meettwo or three times production of low closure pressure oil reservoir production need.Therefore, in 2011 to carry out the Jilin oil sand fracturing technology improvement and application project.At present, the main application of walnut shell I oil resin sand and fiber sandfracturing, for closed lower pressure formation with walnut shell sand, mainly used inFuyu, new wood oil production plant, Dalaoyefu oil and C hangchun ridge oilfield, aremade of sand control and stimulation effect is better; sand fracturing technology antiresin sand mainly used for high closure pressure reservoir, mainly used in deepwells, also achieved good sand control effect. The project began in January 2011 to 2011 December, in the original sand fracturing on the basis of further optimization ofsand control parameters, by means of technical performance index of indoor testsevaluating existing sand material, evaluation of sand control performance index ofmixed sand material, for sand prevention and sand or mixed materials sand material application of two or more research on the same floor well, forming a multilayer sandbarrier, so as to further improve the sand control effect and yield increase benefit.
