| In recent years, black solid particles of slop oil appeared in the oil-field adopted liquid and in the facilities. These waste oil took up most of the separate space in the handles facilities that deal with the produced fluid and oily sewage, making crude oil dehydrated, especially reduced distinctly the efficiency of the handles facilities with waste oil. Further more, it is important for us to control the impurity content in the oil, because the electric field in an electric dehydrator is not stable, This article is mainly qualitative analysis the dirty oil of sewage sedimentation tank station, sewage recycling pool of oil sludge and sewage sediment of Ca2+ã€Mg2+ã€Cu2+ã€Fe2+ã€S2-. By the method of atomic absorption spectrophotometry, magnesium and iron ions were analysised. We discussed the mechanical centrifugal separation method of removing impurity ions in the dirty oil. By centrifugal separation, the iron removal rate in dirty oil between 40 %~50 %, basic magnesium ions removal rate 60 %~70 %. By diluted with petroleum ether and centrifugal separation processing, traces of iron and magnesium ions in slop oil were greatly reduced, especially iron ions reduce significantly, iron ion removal rate between 75.4 %~82.9 %, basic magnesium ions removal rate reached more than 80 %. Slop oil viscosity and density of mechanical centrifugal separation has great influence on removing dirty oil metal ions impurities. In order to improve the effect of metal impurity removal, feasible measures should be taken to reduce the oil density and viscosity.Using the deionized water and simulated formation in daqing ionized water as the solvent, We measured the change of electrical conductivity of the ferrous sulfide mixed with oil displacement agent, which further reflect the common oil displacement agent of colloidal ferrous sulfide particles. Experiments show that the interaction between polymer flooding, polymer surfactant flooding and ions of formation are different. On the contrary, the interaction between ASP flooding, SP flooding of oil displacement agent are identical basically. |
