In the west of daqing peripheral oilfield mostly low yield low permeable oil fields, crude oil physical property is poor, single well production is low, scattered fields, unit capacity construction investment is high, the gathering and transferring large energy consumption, about 80% of the consumption of natural gas in oil and gas gathering and transferring.So, take the low temperature gathering and transferring technology energy saving potential i s very big, it is necessary for the actual situation of the western daqing peripheral stripper block, study on stripper field temperature gathering and processing methods.For low productivity oil temperature gathering and processing method research, must first clear the oil blocks affect the properties of the water cut of crude oil gathering and transferring characteristics and change rules, therefore, combined with the western daqing peripheral stripper block, geographic conditions and production status, crude oil physical properties was carried out by cooling of crude oil gathering and transferring process of relevant laboratory experiments.From 12 oil block and five joint stand made of crude oil and output water samples, the experiment of different water cut conditions in the determination of the temperature characteristics of the rheological properties of crude oil and sticky, for each block of crude oil gathering and transferring the lowest temperature and the best to provide reliable basis for the confirmation of the gathering and transferring flow velocity;Emulsifying properties of crude oil, determination of the various blocks to determine the oil emulsion phase inversion point, so as to determine the minimum of the mixing water gathering and transferring mineral water;By crude oil demulsification dehydration experiment, optimizing correspond to each block oil property of demulsifier, and combined with electric dehydration technology, determined the treatment effect under different dehydration parameters, determined the dehydration system, can provide basis for the extraction liquid of low temperature treatment, to develop a suitable for western Yu Daqing peripheral stripper block provide theoretical basis for the low temperature gathering and transferring system, and achieve the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption.
