| Due to the influence of liquid viscosity on the working characteristics of electric submersible pumps, the units of electric submersible pumps and the production parameters of oil wells do not match, resulting in the deviation of electric submersible pumps from the high efficient areas, and out of the ideal operating points during the running process. Therefore,the study on the influence of liquid viscosity on the working characteristics of electric submersible pumps has significance to the stable, reasonable and efficient operation of electric submersible pumps.In this paper, the working parameters including the viscosity, displacement, pressure and power of different models of electric submersible pumps when pumping the different viscosities aqueous glycerol solution were measured through the electric submersible pump performance test experiment, the working characteristic curves of different models of electric submersible pumps when pumping the different viscosities aqueous glycerol solution were drawn, and the influences of the aqueous glycerol solution viscosity on the working characteristic curves of electric submersible pumps were analyzed; with the EXCEL2003, the regression analyses of electric submersible pump lift, power and efficiency were conducted,the fitting formulas of the relationships between the lift, power, efficiency and displacement,viscosity of the given model electric submersible pump were obtained and the plates of the influence of the electric submersible pump pumping liquid viscosity on the electric submersible pump working characteristic curves were drawn. |
