At present our country most oilfield has entered high water cut period, and High water cut oil reservoir water drive "short circuit" problem is obvious. Crosslinked polymer gel is the most widely used deep profile control agent. Its high colloid viscosity, good resistance to shear can effectively adjust plugging, but traditional crosslinked polymer gel profile control agent is easily affected by unfavorable factors such as temperature, salinity, adsorption, lead to gel performance is not stable, crosslinking agent is easy to adsorb in near wellbore zone. As a result, the developed adhesive performance is stable and good performance of migration of deep profile control agent has the vital significance.Through orthogonal experiments and single factor analysis this paper inspects the compared to oil phase, surfactant, etc, and the best conditions for membrane was prepared using two-step stable W/O/W multiple emulsions, type profile control agent. By looking at 20℃ and 60℃, under different waters on the phase composition of the multiple emulsion crosslinking agent release rate, the kinetic data were interpreted within the framework of a kinetic model based on diffusion and taking into account Fick’s law for predicting release rate of ions of W/O/W multiple emulsion. Study the multiple emulsion profile control system and the traditional gel profile control system of gelling performance comparison, and to investigate the multiple emulsion profile control system of temperature tolerance, salt resistance and gelling properties. The results of the research showed that: When hydrophilic emulsifier T161 plused 4%, hydrophilic emulsifier Tween 80 and quantity 2%, primary emulsion preparation temperature 50℃, the internal phase, oil phase = 1:1.5, the primary emulsion: = 1:2, web of phase of W/O/W multiple emulsion dispersion performance was good, the embedding rate was as high as 97%, layered rate less than 10%, let stand at room temperature for a month was not layered, 12 days stratification under 60 ℃; Chelating agent was when the internal phase, the multiple emulsion crosslinking agent release rate significantly reduced, to delay the release; The kinetic data were consistent with the the framework of a kinetic model based on diffusion and taking into account chromium chelation. Under 60℃, the multiple emulsion and 3% by 2000 mg/L multiple emulsion of polyacrylamide gel profile control system for 6 ~ 7 days, the viscosity of up to 2400~2800 mPa·s; Compared with the traditional crosslinked polymer gel, preparation of W/O/W multiple emulsion profile control system had obvious delay gel properties, the salinity range was 6000 ~ 14000 mg/L, pH value of 6 ~ 10 strong ability to adapt to the geological conditions, but was more sensitive to temperature, inappropriate in high-temperature reservoir profile control operations.
