Binary combination flooding technology is an effective way to solve the problems of the old oil field development, the low coefficient of remaining oil exploitation and so on. At present, the technology has been widely used in major oil fields, achieved remarkable results and improved the oil production. Since the moment when the polymer in Jin oil production plant and surfactant in binary oil displacement system has been put into use, it has achieved good results. But the following problems exist in the course of operation: because of the serious problems of reservoir permeability heterogeneity in binary flooding block, during the injection process of binary system, there have been channeling between wells, so the effects of oil displacement is not ideal. The effective way to solve the above problems is to do single well profile on part of wells, while adding well profile measures during the process of oil displacement measures, which will greatly increases the cost of it. In view of the above problems, the thesis does some researches on in-situ delayed crosslinking and flooding technology of binary composite system, namely, by choosing suitable crosslinking agent and the injection techniques, using the polymer delayed crosslinking gelation in reservoir pore in-situ binary composite system, increasing the liquid viscosity of displacement, expanding swept volume, which can eventually promote the degree of profile control and displacement. The study of this topic is of great significance for improving the binary composite system flooding effects as well as saving operating costs.Aiming at the actual development needs and reservoir geological characteristics of flooding and block in Liaohe Oilfield Jin 16, through the performance measurement of indoor gel, the block water quality and reservoir temperature delayed crosslinker for Liaohe Oilfield Jin 16 were screened; And by carrying out the compatibility experiment and analyzing the influence factors such as temperature, degree of mineralization, heat stability, shear recovery degree, content of surfactant, concentration of oxygen scavenger and so on, optimizing the delayed crosslinking agent concentration and additives concentration, we can determine the binary composite system in-situ delayed crosslinking agent formula; Through indoor core simulation experiment, we can evaluate the sealing situation of the binary composite system in-situ delayed crosslinking agent and oil displacement property, binary composite system closure, steering and flooding performance. At last, these become a suitable set of in-situ delayed crosslinking and flooding technology of binary composite system for Liaohe Oilfield Jin 16. Experimental results show that for the low permeability core, when we can use the developed binary composite retardation crosslinking flooding system, the effect of plugging, steering and oil displacement is ideal. The optimal injection adjusting flooding agent volume is 0.3PV. The plugging rate reaches more than 96%, and the cumulative oil recovery is approximately 45%, which increases by about 22% comparing with the initial water flooding oil recovery and increases by 14% or so comparing with the cumulative oil recovery in the binary system displacement, thus improving the oil recovery rate.
