Combined with the actual production, the raw material must be pretreated in cracking device, in order to meet the processing requirements of distillation separation system, the ultimate guarantee of ethylene product qualified distillate. Due to the high yield, low cost, high processing efficiency, light cracking hydrocarbon was used as the raw material of high quality. Consideration the present situation of light hydrocarbon, combined with processing light hydrocarbons of Daqing Petrochemical, the original device was changed (expanded) constructed, in order to achieve the requirements of pyrolysis device for raw materials.After decades of development, the method of removal of CO2 in the hybrid materials has made great progress. At present, the widely used method is desulfurization of CO2 by alcohol amine. Desulfurization and decarbonization by alcohol amine was used to Purifying the natural gas and refinery gas in not only synthetic ammonia industry but also downstream products, such as synthesis gas, which was often used for producing chemicals.For alcohol amine method, it is essentially to develop various amine solvent and mixed solvents and additives selection. Diethanol amine (DEA) and methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) are used for this investigation. The process parameters was optimized and applied to the industry apparatus. The actual needs of alcohol amine process characteristics and equipment were considered, The qualification, such as design standard, expansion design on device status, research objectives, product design, process technology, equipment selection, automatic control level, safety facilities, climate and verification against the design details are investigated. The optimized operation condition does favors in the high production and efficiency for the chemical plants.
