At present, the oil rig electric drive, some use generators as power source, the use of some national electricity network under the conditions allowed as a power source, but the oil rig itself can be an independent small drilling power system. Because the electric rig using DC electric drive rig AC-SCR-DC type electric drive rig, the main disadvantages are: the DC harmonic pollution is large, low power factor to 0.45 and volatile, easy to cause damage to the power grid in electrical equipment and electrical components, causing serious harmonic pollution in the use of national electricity network.The project through the comprehensive analysis of the power supply system of ZJD drilling rig system, research on supporting technology for integrated formation technology, using intelligent compensation filtering device TFC control and protection technology, the introduction of static var compensation technology SVC concept, according to the requirements of drilling system parameters, were grouped according to the filtering capacity of compensation a certain proportion, use the thyristor as a high power switch device, automatic switching control system according to the need of different filtering and compensation circuit. To solve the existence of electrical system of DC electric drill due to the harmonics using silicon controlled rectifier devices caused by large, reactive components of multi system, low power factor problems, achieve drilling system of energy saving and safe and stable operation of the electrical equipment.
