With the sulfur content in coke oven gas emission standardstandard is becoming more and more strict, the traditional Zinc Oxide adsorption desulfurization technology due to its low temperature low sulfur capacity, renewable poor performance,operating conditions, has been unable to meet the needs of thedesulfurization of coke oven gas, so the development of new, moreefficient desulfurization technology economy is particularly important. In recent years, ZnO-based add CuO, Fe2O3, MnO, Al2O3 as the accelerator fine desulfurization agent, because of its high desulfurization precision, easy to use, stable performance, low sulfur content, acts as a "gatekeeper" and "protection" role in the purification of exhaust gas fields occupy a very important position. However, the mechanism for the formation of metal-modified, the effects of preparation conditions on the structure and properties of the sorbent, as well as co-precipitation, binder aspect needs further study.In this paper, polyethylene glycol as a dispersing agent, using ultrasonic co-precipitation of ZnFe2O4 legal, CuO-ZnFe2O4 meet the adsorbent bed reactor using different synthesis conditions evaluate the impact of desulfurization sorbent. Emphasis on the influence of the preparation method, the preparation conditions, the effect of reaction conditions on the desulfurization sorbent. The main contents are as follows:Co-precipitation method using bounce, polyethylene glycol as a dispersing agent, aluminum nitrate (Al(NO3)3·9H2O), copper nitrate (Cu(NO3)2·3H2O), zinc nitrate (Zn(NO3)2·6H2O) iron nitrate (Fe(NO3)3·9H2O) ion source, prepared ZnFe2O4, ZnCuO2, CuO-ZnFe2O4 adsorbent. And using XRD, SEM, FT-IRand other characterization techniques and fixed bed reactor evaluation device structure type, synthesis conditions affect the synthesis of desulfurization sorbent desulfurization performance machine, the catalytic properties of the modified catalyst for in-depth analysis. The results showed that the synthesis of metal composite desulfurizer zinc oxide with respect to a single higher sulfur capacity and penetration of sulfur content, and sulfur content, renewable stability is improved.The hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen and other gas dubbed a certain percentage of the model, in different reaction conditions in a fixed bed reactor and of different metal composite sorbent prepared desulfurization experiments, effects of different preparation conditions, different reaction conditions on the metal composite desulfurization desulfurization agent of influence. Experiments show that the co-precipitation method using ultrasound, high metal composite sorbent activity at 600℃ slowly adjust prepared baking conditions, the optimum reaction temperature of Cu0-ZnFe2O4 desulfurizer is 450℃, sulfur capacity to meet the requirements.
