Shangyu Sewage treatment plant is employed for treating wastew ater with capacity of 225000m3 per day, using biological absorption-anaerobichydrolys is-aerobic treatment-high efficient clarifiers secondary biochemical treatment process in order to satisfy the Discharge Standard of Integrated Wastewater [GB8978-1996]. According to the State Environmental Protection Department, en vironmental protectiondepartment of Zhejiang province and provi nce "The Twelfth Five YearPlan" requirements,up grading and reconstruction project should be carried out of in order to enhance the effectiveness of emission reduction.For the rational reconstruction of wastewater treatment plant, combi-ning with historical data of the system,the current problems of the processs were analyzed. Upon the comprasion between several advanced treatment process, the combination process of Fenton oxid-ation and activated cokead sorption is established and investigated, using lab-and pilot-scale experimentst.Lab scale continuous flow research methods is expanded contrast test to the Fenton pre and post, adding powdered activated carbon with PACT and not and the Fenton post before coagulation and no. SBR sequencing batch test research methods is expanded contrast test to the Fenton pre and post, different aeration time, dosage of powdered activated carbon PACT. Pilot-scale experiment methods is expa-ndeddcontrast test to the Fenton pre and post,active coke and activated carbon adsorption.Through a series of tests, and ultimately determine the Fenton post is helpful to improve the removal rate of pollutants. The Fenton post, the former materialized need dosing coagulation agents reduce the biochemical effects of toxic substances on microorganisms.Powdered activated carbondead pool adding acertain amount of the biochemistry section can improve the removal rate of pollutant.Active coke as adsorption material performance is better than that of activat carbon.
