Textile printing and dyeing wastewater is the main emitter of industrial wastewater,the pollutants mainly come from oil and lipid of raw materials and auxiliary materials,and various dyes,surfactants,acid and alkali.It has the characteristics of big water quality and yield change,high CODcr content,high chromaticity and poor biodegradability.Based on the wastewater,structures and technology feature of Shaoxing Water Treatment Development Co.,Ltd first phase project,we design a pilot plant and debug system to reduce the emissions of CODcr,NH4+-N and TN.The pilot design adopts two levels of A/O process,and uses an anaerobic sludge expansion to enhance the hydrolysis efficiency of anaerobic hydrolysis pool and improve the wastewater biodegradability.The anaerobic pool stirs with the water at the bottom to reduce power consumption and make the mud and water mixed evenly.The pilot design water flow is 48m3/d,and the HRT of anaerobic pool,micro-aerobic pool and aerobic pool are 13.6h,5.6h,6.7h,14.8h.The system steady run for three months,the CODcr drop from 500mg/L to 150mg/L with 70%removal rate;the NH4+-N drop from 60 mg/L to 5 mg/L with 90%removal rate;TN drop from 70 mg/L to 10 mg/L with 85%removal rate.
