The drying of agricultural products plays an extremely important role in its storage technologies, among of which dehydrated vegetables are becoming more and more welcomed. China’s vegetable drying technology developed later, but the speed of development is still considerable. The common processing methods of Dehydrated vegetables are used hot air drying under atmospheric pressure, vacuum freeze drying, microwave drying and far-infrared drying. At present, the trend in drying technology development is to use combined drying with different drying methods to agricultural products. Combined drying is to use different drying methods in different drying stages to remove water for thoroughly achieving the purpose of drying.First, the research is to complete the research and analysis on the entire structure and working principle of the solar hot air drying system, and the detail introduction on the main components of the drying system.Then microwave drying experiments and preprocessing comparative tests are to confirm that the microwave can be used as the early pretreatment technology of sedum aizoon L, while short-time microwave can play the effect of rapid dehydration and removal of the wax.The single factor experiment of hot air drying explores the impact of drying characteristics and product quality in the hot air temperature, the wind speed and the material layer thickness, based on the results of data analysis and comparison and validation experiments, which establish the combined drying sedum aizoon L program with microwave and hot air. The products of the combined drying sedum aizoon L not only meet after a short-time drying period, but also meet the sensory quality requirements of the quality products.The parameters of the optimum drying process are drawn from the mathematical model of the drying process of sedum aizoon L through the secondary rotation regression experiment. Regression experiment Jiuxin dish drying process to establish a through the second rotation, got combined drying experiments. The parameters of the optimum drying process are to use microwave at first with the microwave power at 640w, the microwave time for 4.2min, the material thickness with 0.5cm, then to use hot air drying for 272min, the drying temperature at 55 ℃ and the wind speed at 1.5m/s.Finally, it is to conduct the design of the combined drying machine for the factory production line by use of the parameters of the optimum drying process. The relevant data of the design size of the main components of the dryer and the transmission at all levels are drawn from data calculation. The virtual prototype of the combined dryer is to be designed through the three-dimensional software of catia to design the entire transmission system and other components.
