As a nuclear reactor fuel, uranium is one of themain raw materials of nuclear power. With the world energy crisis and the development of country, uranium mine will certainly be as so large as mining. The increasing scale of mining will directly led to the complication of mine production system, which makes it more difficult to analyze the reliability of the production system. In uranium mining,the premise that mine production systemcan run well is to have a good transportation and elevation system, which can directly affect the mining production scale and economic benefits. Therefore, there is very important meaning to research for reliability in uranium mine transportation and elevation system. According to the characteristics of the underground uranium mine production system, the theory of Morkov and State Space was applied to build reliability model of underground uranium mine transportation andelevationsystem, and using the tools of Simevents and Stateflow implement the reliability simulation forreliability model of underground uranium mine transportation and elevation system.The theory of Morkovis a typical rondom process, it is one of the common methods for reliabilityanalysisingof repaired equipment, it be used to describe the state transformation of system and equipment.The theory is a accurate and practical method to describe the state transformation, so the method of analysisingmodel ofreliability analysisingof repaired equipment has an important meaning in the field ofanalysising. Multi-Agent modeling theory has independence, distributed autonomy,which also has the self-ability of construction, learning and reasoning. So, the theory of Multi-Agent model was used to build and improve the transportation and elevation system.Therefore, the theory of Morkovand Multi-Agent technology was applied to build the intelligent structure of underground mine. Firstly, build the reliability model of underground uranium mine transportation and elevation system with the theory of Morkov and State Space, the underground uranium mine production system was divided into transportation system, elevationsystem and ventilation system. Then, the reliability theory and Multi-Agent modeling theory technology was applied to construct single agent and the communication mechanism between them. In Matlab software, a simulation method for reliability in production system was achieved by simulink.(1) In order to achieve reliability modelof uranium mine transportation and winding system, uranium mine transportation system reliability model. Using Markov process theory, first through the definition of transportation system state space, the establishment of transportation and winding system state set; and then draw out the system state transition diagram, and write the state transition probability matrix; finally to solve differential equations of reliability parameters of transportation and winding system.(2)The reliability model ofuranium mine transportation and elevation system is established. The underground uranium mine production system was divided into transportation system, elevationsystem and ventilation system, these subsystems are made up of many units, every unitscomplete the assigned tasks with the function of specific. To build the reliability model of underground uranium mine transportation and elevation system with the theory of Morkov. To establishthe state transformation of equipments with graphics of state transformation.(3) Simulation for reliability model in uranium mine transportation and elevation system. The model of complex Markov system is difficult solvedwith the traditional analytical method, but the toolbox of Simevents and the Stateflow of Matlab/Simulink can solve the problem of complex system modelseffectively. So, based on platform of Matlab, to completed the process of all equipments by the toolbox of Simevents andtransformation of sate of equipments and systems by the toolbox of Stateflow.Through the simulation analysis of the modelin uranium mine transportation and elevation system, the reliability simulation model of uranium mine transportation and winding system was more consistent with the actual situation, and the reliability of the simulation results are more reasonable, which could provide some referencesformine production planning and maintenance plan.
