In developed modern society, with the increasing demand for resources and the lack of land resources, people turn their eyes from land resources to rich Marine resources. In recent years, the exploration of Marine resources has developed rapidly,therefore advanced detection technology and high-precision detection instruments are being urgently demanded. As an emerging technology, sensing technology is widely used in the field of ocean exploration, of which the marine electromagnetic field detection technology is particularly important with the rapid development of Marine electromagnetic detection technology. The marine electromagnetic field signal is mainly low frequency signal, otherwise after transmission in the complex and changing marine environment, electrical signal becomes very weak. For this reason, developing high-performance electric field sensors becomes one of the most urgent tasks.Take practical use and application environment into consideration,we take the best technology to prepare all-solid-state sensor Ag/AgCl electrodes. Then test the performance of the electrodes and analyze the affecting factors.In the text, the mechanism of electrochemical principle of Ag/AgCl electrode were analyzed and over-potential, stability and self-electrochemical-noise (EN) were tested. Superficial area analysis on the electrodes shows that electrochemical noise is affected by Its superficial area, and that self-electrochemical-noise(EN) is decreasing with the increasing of the superficial area; Morphological analysis on the electrode shows that plenty of micro-pore exist in electrode and the porosity is figured out by theoretical calculation. The result shows that the electrode whose porosity is 20%-25% has high stability and low self-electrochemical-noise. Potential difference is less than 1mV, and long-term stability is less than 0.02mV,self-electrochemical-noise at lhz frequency is less than 1.5nV/√Hz.Besides paper also studied how the powder trying time and ultrasonic oscillating affect the performance of electrode.Experimental results show that when the drying time becomes longer the performance becomes better,and that the performance of the electrodes experience ultrasonic oscillating are better than the other electrode.
