With the requirement of surface decoration technology requirements, the traditional surface decoration process can not meet the requirements of people.OMD( Out-side Mold Decoration) is a film surface decorative molding technique, which is applied to decorate surface of different substrates’ molding products with high pressure, it inherited and expanded IMD( In-side Mold Decoration) mold film surface decoration process applications.This paper analyzs film surface decoration molding technique, molding process and equipment. Furthermore, a kind of film surface decorating molding equipment is designed, these contents are as followed.1)Based on the theory and the request of Out-side molding film surface decorating and molding technique, the paper designs an integral project for main structure and important systems( such as temperature control system and hydraulic pressure molding system).2)The paper designs the size of supercharged molding cylinder and conducts strength check accordingly. designing its Frame Structure and testing its statics simulation analysis by ABAQUS in full-loaded state of the rack., the beam structure is optimized in order to reduce manufacturing costs.3)Building a model of simulate infrared radiation film heating based on the theory of infrared radiation. Experimentize and verify the model. Based on the simulation analysis of temperature field uniformity factors, design a partition independent controlled of heating device, and use the idea of the envelope line to optimize the structure. According to the character of infrared radiation heating temperature control, use upwards curve method to set up a simulative math’s heating model, and compare PID control algorithm and fuzzy PID control algorithm in MATLAB / SIMULINK.4)According to process requirements, design a Servo-hydraulic speed regulator circuit prototyping system so as to achieve the control of pressure and speed control, establishing a non-linear function of pressure and flow optimization algorithm of fuzzy controller in order to avoid the overshoot when speed control switch to pressure control, and make a system simulation analysis in MATLAB / SIMULINK.5)Designing a controller for hydraulic pressure molding system based on PLC, completing of the overall design of the control system, the hardware design of the selection of the PLC, I / O assignment, friendly man-machine interface, the software design of PLC and friendly man-machine interface programs.At last, this paper gave a summarize and some shortages, and also put forward some suggestions for further study.
