Nanometer TiO2 is a new kind of inorganic materials. Due to its size in 1~100 n m, small particle size, large specific surface activity, good dispersion characteristics, sh owing the unique chemical and physical properties, it’ll have broad application prospec ts in environment, materials, energy, medical and health fields. Especially in water trea tment and air purification, attracted widespread attention of research workers at home and abroad, due to its low cost, safe, non-toxic, stable and easy to recycle. In additio n, TiO2 can make viruses, bacteria decompose to CO2 and H2 O, effecting sterilization,deodorant, anti-fouling.In this work,self-made Ti O2 powder was characterized by XRD,EDS,TEM,UV-Vis.Choosing appropriate carrier between poly and perhafnate made visible photocatalytic activity of titanium dioxide material,and the best carrier was characterized by TEM.Th e photocatalytic performance was explored by using methyl orange pigment solution as substrate,and the hotocatalytic degradation tests of Landscape water and fish farming w aste water were conducted.The experimental results are as follows:(1)The prepared modified nano-TiO2 characterization indicates that contained C,N and S elements,had good dispersion,rod-shaped morphology.TEM characterization of the composites showed that nano-TiO2 bare outside the perhafnate,titanium dioxide nano-r ods are good cross-linking with the carrier, without agglomeration.did not affect its ph otocatalytic performance.(2)5 mg/L of methyl orange as the simulate pollutant, before and after the film f orming of titanium dioxide powder has better visible photocatalytic activity,98.6% and 94.5%, respectively. Meanwhile, the composite spherical photocatalytic material showed good antibacterial properties, for water pollution control body has a certain role.(3)High aluminate cement clinker and homemade Photocatalytic materials prepared by mixing showed a good photocatalytic activity in acidic conditions, especially under low concentrations of methyl orange with high photocatalytic degradation, at 5 mg/L methyl orange solution photocatalytic degradation rate reached 98.4%, for the 30 mg / L of methyl orange degradation rate is also 79%. Meanwhile photocatalytic material has a strong capability of continuous treatment, after making six recycling still reached 89% of the photocatalytic degradation for methyl orange capacity.(4)Photocatalytic composite material under the irradiation of sunlight outdoor, the initial COD value of 90 mg/L landscape water degradation rate reached 87.4% after 12 d photocatalytic. And the initial COD value of 171 mg/L pisciculture waste water ph otocatalytic degradation rate also reached 74% of COD removal.
