Although the new compound paper-yarn bag-making machine has come into the market for a period of time, only a single color printing bag machine and the bag-making after the need for multicolor printing alone. The degree of automation and production efficiency is low.In order to improve the quality of product and production efficiency to satisfy with request of each layer client. Therefore, the paper and yarn compounding bag-making and printing machine is designed to improve the degree of automation, printing efficiency and making quality.First of all, the current development and the characteristics of the structure of flexographic printing machine and paper-yarn bag-making machine is analyzed. The existing problems of the bag-making machine are researched. And the drying device, rectifying device,tension control device is added into bag-making machine mechanical device, combing with advantages of flexographic printing machine printing device. The overall structure scheme of mechanical system of the paper and yarn compounding bag-making and printing machine is designed, according to the process requirements of all-in-one machine.And then, the key device of all-in-one machine mechanical system scheme is designed,including printing device, tension control device, rectifying device and drying device.Each of the structure cylinder of printing device and transmission device of printing unit is designed.Compared with the traditional mechanical transmission, precision will be higher. The parameters of motor, reducer and coupling of drum are calculated. The scheme of the tension control device, rectifying device and drying device is formulated. And the corresponding of mechanical structure is designed.Finally, the key device of all-in-one machine was modeled and assembled, in the Solid Works environment. The mechanical structure of the key devices of all-in-one machine is analyzed by ANSYS Workbench software. Including the modal analysis of center impression cylinder and Printing device and the Statics analysis of Printing device rack. Through finite element analysis could make theoretical preparation for following optimal design of the mechanism.Many advanced design methods such as shaftless drive technology, virtual prototype technology and finite element analysis were used in research and exploitation mechanical system of all-in-one machine. It realized integration of loading, yarn, gluing, temperature control, setting, tension control, rectifying, printing, folding, drying, and cutting. Compared with the bag-making machine, the all-in-one machine mechanical systems flexibility will be higher, higher degree of automation and the production line adapt to a wider range. And it canmeet of a variety of production requirements, such as different specifications, multi-color printing and real-time drying production requirements.
