With the rapid development of modern agriculture economy,some ecological and environmental problems caused by Agricultural non-point source pollution(ANPSP) are a seriously threat to human daily life, agricultural production and sustainable development of social economy.And become an important limitation of current rural ecological civilization construction and the healthy development of green ecological agriculture.It is not noly seriously ecological and environmental problem that current world confronted, but also hotspot and difficult problem for some scholars at home and abroad.Recently, with industrial and urban life point source are gradually under effective control and management, ANPSP has becoming an important pollution source because of its complex sources of diversity, wide distribution, position and the way of uncertainty and hazard.Shandong is big province in agriculture whose agricultural economy is under a rapid speed of development and ANPSP is serious, the urgent need for a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the pollution status,spatial distribution characteristics, control strategies, etc of ANPSP.Therefore, this paper synthetically analyse and evaluate spatial and temporal characteristics of ANPSP load in Shandong province from the multi-scale(time scale,spatial scale), multi angle(watershed unit, climate unit) and multi method(inventory analysis method, equal standard pollution load method, etc) based on the “Pressure-State-Response”mechanism, detailed analysis of ANPSP status and 17 prefecture level cities and 124 counties(city, district) of Shandong province.Finally, research division and strategies to control ANPSP in Shandong Province, these will have an important guiding and practice significance for ANPSP control in Shandong province.The main conclusion of this paper are as follows:(1) Result from the inventory analysis method showed:the total load of Shandong province was 1964317.60t;the COD,TN and TP load were 1298783.26,595037.53,70496.81 t in 2012;the equal standard pollution load were 64939.16,595037.53,352484.05t;the emission intensity of these pollutant was 82.30,37.71,4.47kg/hm2 respectively;The most important pollution source was from livestock and poultry breeding while the most important pollutant was TN;Data from the sensibility analysis indicated that the highly sensitive areas and priority control areas were Leling City, Yangxin Country, Linyi Country,Yucheng City, Qihe Country, Zhoucun District, Liangshan Country,Yanzhou City and Tenghzou City for the whole area of Shandong province. The livestock and poultry breeding was the key pollutant source of these region.(2) Data from the change trend of equal standard pollution index of ANPSP in Shandong Province from 2003 to 2012 showed:the risk level status of pollutants was TN>TP>COD,the risk level status of pollution source was Livestock and poultry breeding>Farm fertilizer>Rural life>Aquaculture.The risk level of the pollution sources and pollutants reached the highest value ever in 2006.Pollution degree type of ANPSP in Shandong province based on “Pressure-State” included the serious pollution type,moderate pollution type,light pollution type.Among them, Liaocheng City,Heze City and Jining City were serious pollution type.(3) In the control of partition,the province was divided into three “one level area”,fifty-two “two level area”.In the classification of control,the province was divided into five types of pollution.Among them,pollution type of livestock and poultry breeding has the highest pollution contribution rate while comprehensive pollution was one type which is hard to control.
