| Agricultural non-point source pollution is becoming increasingly serious, and it is difficult to control, therefore the agricultural non-point source pollution are concerned by more and more people. Shandong Province is a big agricultural province and its agricultural output value ranks first in the country. There is a close relationship between the healthy and sustainable development of agriculture in Shandong Province and agricultural modernization development in our country, so the research on the agricultural non-point source pollution in Shandong Province has an important significance. They were brought into the range of research which includes three kinds of pollution sources such as fertilizer application, livestock and poultry raising, and domestic pollution and three kinds of pollution index such as total nitrogen, short for TN, total phosphorus, short for TP, and chemical oxygen demand, short for COD. At the city level the source strength coefficient method was used to estimate the amount of the production and loss of TN, TP and COD in fertilizer application, livestock and poultry raising, and domestic pollution pollutants in Shandong Province in 2014. And the results were comparing analysed. Based on the SPSS and ArcGIS, the method of water quality indexes, equivalent pollution load method and clustering analysis were used for the regionalization of non-point source.It was identified that priority level division of control management and the main pollution source, and the paper put forward the corresponding control management measures.Main conclusions were obtained which are as follows:1 the amount of the non-point source pollution production in Shandong ProvinceAgricultural non-point source pollution production loads of Shandong Province were TN 3 628 200 t, TP 801 200 t, COD 12 507 800 t in 2014. The specific gravity was 29%, 6% and 65% respectively. The sequence from high to low of the pollutant production load was COD, TN and TP.From the pollutants proportion of the all cities, the amount of the pollution in the west of Shandong province was larger than that in the East.From the source of pollutants production, the fertilizer application contributed the 50.9% of pollutant TN production, the livestock and poultry raising contributed the 53% of pollutant TP and the 70.8% of pollutant COD. Livestock and poultry breeding was the main source of agricultural non-point production source pollution in Shandong province.2 the amount of the non-point source pollution loss in Shandong ProvinceIn Shandong Province in 2014, Agricultural non-point source pollution loss loads were 2 749 900 t, in total and the proportion of the total loss was 21.99%. Among the total loss, the pollution loss load of the TN was 1 154 700 t, accounting for 42% of three pollutants total loss. The ratio of TN loss load was 31.83%. Among the totalloss, the pollution loss load of the TP was 146 200 t, accounting for 5.3% and the ratio of TP loss load was 18.24%. The COD pollution loss load was 1 449 000 t,accounting for 52.7% and the ratio of COD loss load was 17.94%. The sequence from high to low of the pollution loss was TN, TP and COD.The amount of pollution loss per unit land area basically presented the trend of reducing from the west to the east.The emission of pollutants was gradually increasing from the southeast to the northwest from the aspect of the pollution concentration.From the aspect of three kinds of pollution loss sources, the 63.3% of TN pollutants was from chemical fertilizer application. The 43% of TP was from chemical fertilizer application.The 57.2% of COD was from the domestic pollution.The loss of agricultural non-point source pollution in Shandong province mainly consisted of chemical fertilizer application and domestic pollution.3 Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution Control Regionalization in Shandong ProvinceAccording to the results of spatial analysis, Zibo, Rizhao, Weihai, Zaozhuang,and Laiwu City were divided into the primary control district. The second level control district was including Qingdao, Taian, Jinan, Binzhou, Yantai and Dongying City. The third control district was including Weifang, Dezhou, Jining, Linyi,Liaocheng, and Heze City. The agricultural non-point source pollution was more sensitive in the west of Shandong province than that in the East.The equivalent pollution load of chemical fertilizer application was 53%, the livestock and poultry raising pollution was 25%, and the domestic pollution was22%. The fertilizer application was the main pollution source of each research unit.The main pollution source of agricultural non-point source pollution in Shandong province was the application of chemical fertilizer.TN was the main agricultural non-point source pollutant in Shandong Province and its equivalent pollution load ratio was 59%. While the TP was 37% and less than TN. And the least was COD, which was 4%.4 Management measures of agricultural non-point source pollution control in Shandong ProvinceIn this paper, pollution control management measures were proposed in four aspects. First, strengthen the pollution control efforts of the major sources, including strengthening the construction of the agricultural technology service system, the agricultural production supervision system, the circular agriculture ecological system and the circulation system of agricultural information. Secondly, increase the water and soil erosion control. Thirdly, improve the construction of rural waste disposal facilities, including the livestock and poultry pollution control management measures and domestic pollution control and management measures. Finally,increase the propaganda of pollution control in rural areas. |
