The tire bladder is manufactured with elected rubber by internal-tire vulcanizer. Preheat, assembly, pressure-boost, vulcanizing and opening-mould are important technological link. It is used for tire manufacturing.With the development of economy and the automobile industry, China’s car ownership has increased dramatically, so by the quantity and quality of tire put forward higher requirements. At last, to promote the development of the industry of tire bladder. Rush into tire bladder industry constantly improve the production efficiency and the quality of products.At present, single-bladder-vulcanition as the universal mode is adopted by most company. By this way, vulcanizing temperature, vulcanizing pressure and the optimum cure time are the most important factors.In the production at the moment, we need to design the control program of lower position machine system to control internal-tire vulcanizer automatically, especially the automatic adjustment of vulcanizing temperature and the optimum cure time. Meanwhile we need to develop a PC production information monitoring software implementation management personnel to monitor production status of all the vulcanizing machine. The production information traceability system should be developed to save and query the production process and parameters.DCS model was adopted by this system. The basic model is distributed control and centralized management. This model can reduce the burden of the management center of operation and make the control more fast and accuracy.In the control progress, the most important part is the automatic adjustment of vulcanizing temperature and the optimum cure time. Because the vulcanizing temperature and the optimum cure time meet the Arrhenius formula, so we can adjust the optimum cure time by control the vulcanizing temperature automatically. Here, we take the fuzzy control strategy to realize the automatic control of vulcanizing temperature. Designing a 2-dimension fuzzy controller, which have the temperature deviation and the change of deviation for inputs and have the change of control voltage for output. Through the research on the fuzzy set, membership function of inputs and output and the control rules, we can realize the design by PLC program.The production information monitoring system of vulcanizing machine should be designed by Kingview6.55. Through the discrete/analog output window, history curve ActiveX, alarm ActiveX, formula controls and windows function, realizing the real-time online monitoring of production parameters, viewing the history curve, setting process parameter. The production information traceability system designed by Kingview6.55 and Delphi7.0.System can save the production process and parameters through Kingview6.55 and query data in the database through MDI project that designed by Delphi7.0.After study, a quality improving and production information traceability system which can realize the function that control the production automatically and information tracing was established. The company can sum up the experiences of production and supervise staff specification production and carry out responsibility by this system.
