Cement is widely used in the domestic and international water conservancy, civil engineering and other related industries. From the beginning of the eighty’s of the last century, China’s cement production has ranked first in the world more than 20 consecutive years,in recent years, our cement production accounts for more than half of the world with the production, at the same time,energy consumption is increasing.This paper relies on a cement grinding system technology. First of all, introduces the background and significance of cement, analysis of domestic and international research status of cement grinding system. After the adoption of on-site data collection and analysis, Identified several main factors in the 1st line, after analysis, determine the three parts which is impact the whole system. This paper selected the part that using hoister current as input, V-type rotating speed of the powder concentrator as output to analysis and research. And from a control point of view to analysis control target and the difficulties in the cement grinding optimizing control system.And puts forward a design scheme of the overall control of cement grinding system. We first establish operator interface in software of VB6.0. And each function involved in the interface are explained, realization of interconnection between OPC and DCS system in this software, filtering the field measurement of the grinding hoistor current,In this paper, the data processing has taken Kalman filtering and mean filtering method for data processing, excluding disorganized data and data with glitch. The data obtained can reflect the trend of the scene, And select a set of data in the same period of time use two filtering method for filtering respectively, and compare and analysis the two filtering methods. Respectively using PID control and fuzzy-PID control of two control algorithms to control the data collected. Through the analysis of the data which got by data processing to obtain expected value in the system, and elected a greater than expected a less than expected value of the two data control in the two control methods, And two control methods were compared in control overshoot magnitude and the time to reach steady. Currently, most of the actual industrial control study, the local simulation still use the Matlab software and then be programmed to control the field using VB6.0, this increases the workload of researchers greatly. In this paper, omitting the tedious programming process required after simulation under VB6.0 simulation software, calling M file directly when the simulation is used. In this way, the research time will be shorten greatly, also reduce the workload of the researchers.In this paper, filter and control algorithm are all written in the M file of Matlab software, for data read and display interface, etc. are designed and written under VB6.0.Finally realized the call to M files under VB6.0 interface. Although the contents of this paper is to put into industrial production, but very good results obtained by simulation study.Finally, on the completed study conclusion raised a number of issues that need further study and prospected.
