With the continuous reduction of tungsten-tin ore resources, The poor, small,miscellaneous tungsten tin mineral resources become mainstream gradually, the newtechnologies and new research on refractoring tungsten-tin emerged. In this paper, the studyobject is a deep greisen disseminated low grade tungsten-tin ore of Gannan. Obtain researchresult on comprehensive recovery of tungsten-tin ore and associated metals through the test.Disseminated ore is refractory low-grade tungsten-tin ore. Tungsten is mainly wolframite, tinis mainly cassiterite, and molybdenum, bismuth, copper, zinc all in the form of sulfide ore.The main feature of ore is that the content of useful components is lowly, variety and adispersed distribution. Wolframite and cassiterite were disseminated in fine uneven, comparedwith coarse fine tungsten tin; and disseminated sulfide minerals and micro-fine particle sizebetween areas between fine.Through a variety of programs compared, make flotation as the main process, theprocess is sulphide ore flotation-tin-tungsten mixed rougher tailing, selected coarse tungstenconcentrate shaker tin-tungsten, tin magnetic separation, shaker ore concentrate, and finallyget the wolframite and cassiterite concentrate. When the sample containing WO30.18%,Sn0.11%, grinding fineness-0.074mm accounted for70%, the result of whole processcomprehensive test is: tungsten concentrate containing WO365.11%, the recovery of tungstenis83.25%, tin concentrate containing Sn44.01%, the recovery of tin is82.52%, sulfide oreconcentrate mixed concentrate timed sorting. Results of concentrate quality analysis istungsten concentrate grade product quality to achieve class Ⅰ standard; tin concentrateproduct quality has reached six Ⅰ class requirements.Trunk with full floating tin and tungsten recovery process associated sulphide ore has thefollowing advantages: short trunk line process operations, tailing fast; less equipmentcovers, simple configuration, small infrastructure investment; strong adaptability of the ore,high separation efficiency, indicators good; process maturity, easy operation andmanagement.Using731paraffin oxide soap+benzyl group co-tungsten-tin mixed arsenate floatingcollector is characteristic of this article.
