Cnooc bohai LD32-2platform is equipped with three American caterpillar gas generating set and2sets of crude oil generator to power the entire field. At present, the gas generator set in the spring, autumn and winter running well during three seasons, but due to the high temperature in summer, generator can appear deflagration phenomenon causing downtime. At the same time because of the gas turbine generating set belongs to the constant volume type rotating machinery, power output is proportional to the mass flow rate, temperature rise, density decreased, so the gas turbine generating set heat consumption rate and the inlet temperature rise by linear relationship. Therefore, with the increase of ambient temperature gas turbine generating capacity is reduced. Study of the adverse impact of temperature on the gas machine, how to control the gas inlet temperature for improving the existing generator potential and significant energy saving and efficiency increasing. In this paper, the main research contents include:1. the analysis of the existing gas cooling technology, chose a compact structure, low cost of gas cooling technology.Existing gas refrigeration technology has a direct contact and indirect contact cooling cooling, direct contact cooling technology has simple structure, low cost, but low cooling effect; There are many different kinds of indirect contact with the cooling way, this topic selection of semi-hermetic compressor cooling technology.2. Design a set of device prizing gas cooler refrigeration system.According to the actual situation, design a set of plate evaporator, air cooled condensing units, semi-closed piston compressor, throttle device, the cooling water tank, automatic control system equipment in the integration of the whole device prizing type equipment. Device has a compact structure, less tube side, small volume, high efficiency, etc.3. According to the requirements of the system control, and write the corresponding control program and touch screen for the configuration, through the combination of PLC and touch screen, enrich the control function of PLC, but also make the control become more flexible, simple operation. Touch screen to the scene of the gas cooler, according to the real-time parameters including temperature, pressure, compressor running state, condenser running status, etc., make the whole gas cooler device prizing refrigeration units running more visual.4. To complete the whole equipment on-site debugging, after debugging, the system can achieve good control effect, gas cooler device prizing refrigeration units can output meet gas generator temperature of gas.Gas cooler device prizing units with compact structure, light weight, high efficiency, small size, start the advantages of fast speed, can well meet the requirements for the application of offshore oil engineering.
