Feasibility Study On YA Acquisition Of XD Gas Station Project

Enterprise is the fundamental part of the national economy with it’s value generated consistently and contributed to the economy in terms of profitability, man powers employed and etc.; To achieve better performance and take the lead in the competition, acquisition is nowadays considered and taken by the enterprise to improve it’s capability and capacity. How the enterprise acquires is changing and impacting the resources ownership and business development, re-allocation and competition in the industry and even the global economy climate.The thesis focus on the feasibility study of the acquisition with the real case taken from one acquisition finished by Petro China YA Company to acquire XD gas station. It starts with some problems occurred, relevant theory is cited to elaborate acquisition intension, evaluation against industry standard, and the actual feasibility study conducted in Market, Project Investment, Finance, Risk Analysis and etc. In the end, there comes the result with some comments:the acquisition is feasible.
