In today’s world, energy has been the focus of the development of many countries and the increasing efforts in exploration and development of traditional energy and new energy, and at the same time actively explore the energy saving technology research, so as to improve energy efficiency.Natural gas industry in China has been developing rapidly, at present has been built, multiple gas transmission pipeline structure was formed by complex natural gas pipe network system.Over the years, accumulated certain experience in gas pipeline operation management, but compared with developed countries, the shortcomings of high energy consumption of the gas pipelines in China are running, and the domestic research is less.Long-distance natural gas transmission pipeline of Yu-Qi due to factors such as quantity changes of natural gas temperament, cause the energy consumption of the gas pipeline fluctuate, brought difficulties to the energy-saving management of pipeline.Based on such background, this assay is raised to solve the problems.In order to accurate calculation of the pipeline’energy consumption, we need to describe precisely of the centrifugal compressor performance which is the main part of the energy consumption of the pipeline. Performance curve according to the data of the compressor design condition to solve the actual working conditions of compressor characteristic equation, the specific steps are:Make the performance curve under the design condition into numerical value; After the numerical value of the design parameters under the condition of using the principle of similar conversion into actual condition parameters;Finally the actual working conditions of fitting parameters using the step by step, fitting for the characteristic equation of rotational speed and flow performance curve and draw the actual condition.Over a period of time the compressor energy consumption calculation, on the premise of compressor performance conversion, and then compared with the compressor during this period the actual energy consumption. Then complete the reason of error analysis and error correction. On this basis, measure the compressor station and pipelines’ unit turnover volume energy consumption. Energy consumption influence factors of extraction of compressor and pipe section, and will be fitted with the compressor shaft power, various factors to determine the size of the various factors on the impact of energy consumption.Using Excel-VBA calculation program, to complete physical parameters calculation, compressor gas flow calculation and the calculation of the compressor operation parameters are calculated compressor power consumption. According to the structural characteristics of Yu-Qi pipeline energy consumption establish proper energy efficiency index system, use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to evaluate the indicators of energy efficiency analysis and evaluation of pipeline of each unit in the energy efficiency level, on the basis of this puts forward Suggestions for the improvement of energy efficiency.Through the above research work, the program implements accurate calculation of energy consumption of compressor in Yu-Lin initial station.Determine the main factors influencing the energy consumption of pipeline, put forward the measures of reducing energy consumption.Identified through energy efficiency analysis of the pipeline pipe in the lower section of energy efficiency, the reasons of lower efficiency in certain pipeline is analyzed, according to the results of analysis of the energy efficiency of unit pipeline equipment improvement recommendations.
