With the development of oil and gas field, geological conditions and the distribution of wells network is becoming more and more complex. In order to determine the connectivity between wells, solve the reservoir parameters, thus study on the analysis of interference testing mothods has attracted the attention of domestic and foreign experts. In recent years, as the widely use of horizontal wells in oil fields, well distribution in the oil fields thus becomes more complex, and well patterns of horizontal wells and vertical wells combinations and horizontal wells and horizontal wells combinations are emerged. But research on interference testing are mostly between vertical wells both at home and abroad, while study on the interference testing with horizontal wells are relatively few. In order to solve this problem, the author studied the theoretic basis of interference testing wells and the analysis models of testing wells of horizontal wells and vertical wells combinations and horizontal wells and horizontal wells combinations. Various physical and mathematical models of interference testing analysis for horizontal well combinations with different well spacing patterns in various oil and gas reservoirs are established and solved, the corresponding theoretical type curves are plotted, and the sensitivity characteristics of type curves affected by different parameters are analyzed thoroughly. Main research models are as follows:(1) models of interference testing with vertical wells (homogeneous, dual media), the sensitive characteristics of type curves for model parameters was especially studied, which include wellbore storage, skin factor, transmissivity ratio and the distance between active wells and observation wells;(2) models of interference testing with horizontal wells and vertical wells combinations (homogeneous, dual media), the sensitive characteristics of type curves for model parameters was especially studied, which include the distance between active wells and observation wells and transmissivity ratio (3) models of interference testing with horizontal wells (homogeneous), the sensitive characteristic of type curves for model parameters was especially studied, which mainly include the dump ways of horizontal wells. On this basis, the corresponding methods of well testing interpretation are put forward, the well testing interpretation of the four typical wells are implemented, and the interpretation results are applicability, which verified the feasibility and correctness of the models. Through studying the thesis, a set of interference testing interpretation with various hole patterns for horizontal wells and vertical wells is formed in the end, which provides the technic and theory support for field application and production.
