The the technology of Rock breaking always be the core of oil&vapour drilling technique,with the oil/gas field development increasingly deepening,so the efficient Rock breaking technology becomes more important in improving the efficiency of destructing,saving drilling time and cost;It’s not only determine the drilling speed and engineering cost directly,but also effect the economic benefit.Introduce the High stress disturbance rock breaking method into the drilling engineering is the first time in history,while it provides a bold thoughts and a trial at the same time.The paper have done some basic research with the High stress disturbulance rock breaking and Rock burst mechanism and so on.also have made some analysis and conclusions.The rock in bathyderm always store plenty of elastic strain energy in inner and have stress concentration in the edge of sew.but haven’t exceed the rock’s hardness.Owing to the continuous exsistence of high stressand present lots of discrete cracks that the cracks will go on blossoming and the hardness becomes bad or be destroyed in a sudden,even cause partial Rock burst if you supply a disturbing force.The paper launched the designing of High stress disturbance rock breaking tool.Not only considered the feature of the rock burst theory in bathyderm and the couple function of high stress&disturbing force.but also analysed the necessary structures and functions,then came out with the specific project of structure,and expounded it’s operating principle.Furtherly,have analysed the variation of the rock under the static&dynamic couplingloading.At last,came to a detailed summarization with the thinking of design.It should be pointed out that the paper’s designing isn’t aimed at the engineering application,just launch principle prototype verification.Disturbance power tools through control the periodic variation of the effective flow area to produce the water hammer,so that the bucket built-up the pressure differenceat both ends,gathered with the drill string’s weight to realize the static&dynamic loading,to disturbe the rock in bathyderm, even cause the Rock burst,so as to improve the efficiency of rock breaking. While the valve is driven by turbine,and should analyse the regular of water torque and the drive valve.the turbine’s necessary capacity value,then according the requirement of capacity value to devise the turbine.So the paper is based on the experimental prototype as an example,place stress on the analysis of the key theory of the High stress disturbance rock breaking tools.In the laboratory experiment.designed the principle prototype,built the experiment platform.carried out the tests,and analysed the results,at the end of the research have came to a conclusion that the prototype is correct in principle,can realize the static&dynamic coupling loading,developthe feature of deep ground stress with the auxiliary tools can improve the rock breaking efficiency of drilling.The research is based on the frontier of science.it used the theoretical analysis and the experimental validation methods to develop the High stress disturbance rock breaking toolsprinciple analysis and prototype manufacture,have a high value in theory and application of drilling engineering.Not only provides valuable experience for the introduction of high stress rock breaking method and promote the technical progress of drilling engineering,but also provides a bold attempt,new thoughts and new methods for efficient rock breaking technology in china.
