Compared with other types of gas storage, depleted oil and gas reservoirs underground gas storage is the most widely used natural gas storage facility currently. Its full life cycle can be broken down into five phases:planning phase, design phase, construction phase, operational phase and disposal stages, the first four stages of research priorities at home and abroad. Each stage exists insecurities. Insecurityat planning stages tend to have a strong uncertainty and concealment, which is mainly from the reservoir-building program, such as the determination of the library site. The design phase of the design and improvement of computational theory is not reasonable, which is the greatest insecurity. Construction phase of insecuritycan be controled through strict management. Cavity stability in the library is the most important insecurity at stage of operations. In this paper, it takes different approachs to establishing the appropriate model simulateing for the different nature of the problem, mainly carried out research work about several aspects:(1) Selection factors of depleted oil and gas reservoirs of underground gas storage repository site is deeply analyzed to determine the selection principle of comprehensive and detailed library site. Collating and analyzing the factors,15library sites evaluation factors level and31secondary library site evaluation factors are divided. Establishing credibility score membership model where a library site operator based on FIOWA.(2) Establishing depleted underground gas storage reservoir, building a database program discriminant function model will be built based on Bayesian criteria. Using fuzzy cluster analysis to classify the object as a library program elements characteristic data into equivalence classes, and it builds fuzzy equivalent matrix-based underground gas storage system on the optimal design of fuzzy clustering and fuzzy equivalence relation analysis model for building a database program instance validation.(3) Underground Gas Storages Restruction Design and Biulding Optimization System (RaBOS) are built. Based on VB and MATLAB software, describing the development of principles, structure and program design ideas and steps for RaBOS system operation. The system is mainly to develop gas storage projects with the library site is preferred in three modules in RaBOS.(4) Considering about a reservoir chamber roof structure library unit are multi-faceted forces, the library roof cavity performance function model will be established based on of Mohr-Coulomb failure criterion. Reliability Standards proposed library roof cavity, the depth of gas storage, gas compression library, relevant factors span than the surrounding rock properties were analyzed.(5) Considering about the consequences of the disaster in three models after exercise on a depleted gas reservoir leaking underground gas storage trajectory analysis, it builds a fire hazard consequences gas storage injection model, gas storage fireball fire hazards model and injection tube rupture and gas leaks caused by the formation of cavities rupture accident of disasters VCE model, and the model under different consequences of disasters on gas storage accident disaster will be simulated and analysised.(6) On the basis of domestic and depleted oil and gas reservoirs underground gas storage and the number of accidents occurring on the cause of the accident statistics summarized, it builds underground gas storage reservoir depletion safety evaluation system where divided it into four primary evaluation factors and15two evaluation factors. Establishing security level evaluation model based on membership function AHP and fuzzy mathematics, and a depletion of underground gas storage reservoir first-order and second-order fuzzy comprehensive safety will be evaluated.Depleted oil and gas reservoirs Underground Gas Storages will be preferred, database optimization, operational reliability and security during the gas storage development, the consequences of an accident disaster control and prevention, reducing the probability of accidents and saving costs and building a database maintenance of gas storage facilities.
