Evaluating the development effect of reservoir Base on the recovery, storage rate, water flooding index, volumetric sweep efficiency and water cutfrom which finding the poor development effect group.seize the opportunity extract reservoir fluid through the dimensionless productivity index, analyze the reasonable proportion of production and injection wells and reasonable well pattern density,which provide a theoretical basis for the infilling measures.(2) Establishing the three-dimensional geological modeling by Petrel software, which model is divided into four group of58small oil layer; using Eclipse black oil reservoir simulator reproduces23years’production history of reservoir, according to the distribution of the remaining oil analysis the causes Enrichment of the remaining oil and making The floor plan of remaining oil and water flooded, according to the plan to determine the measures of Pore water shutoff profile control of the oil and water wells.combining with the remaining oil reserves figure gives abundance of infill wells.(3) Optimizing reservoir injection-production ratio and determine a reasonable value, Based on reasonable injection-production ratio designing different single well programs,infill pore programs increasing injection and extracts programs. forecast the programs from April2014to2025. selecting the best plan based on reservoir cumulative oil, reservoir water cut and reservoir formation pressure.(4) The main innovations:Using the ratio of relative permeability fitting for oil recovery filter elect the actual reservoir recovery value; Using water relative permeability ratio represents the number of oil wells formula.
