In the development of reservoir, water flooding is an important measure to keep formation pressure and improve reservoir production and recovery. Wuxing Zhuang Block of Yanchang reservoir, it is difficult to inject water and owe water in some wells, it influence waterflood development seriously. In this case, the paper carries out the research on Wuxing Zhuang Block。In this paper, it introduced the geological characteristics of Wuxing Zhuang Block. According to water flooding history and status, it uses single factor method, from the water drive reserves control degree, water flooding reserves producing degree, the condition of well pattern, development index(water storage rate and water consumption rate),production status and reasonable reservoir pressure and so on, it gives evaluation of reservoir flooding development effect combines previous criterion. Through the analysis, it thinks that the main problem of the block is serious shortage of water injection leads to formation energy losses and affects the development effect.It concludes that the degree of all kinds of sensitivity is weak to moderate of the block through analyzing the sensitivity of the reservoir evaluation. It analyzes the well history data and production performance data of the insufficient injection wells. It concludes that the main reasons are poor litho logic property, reservoir sensitivity damage; unqualified injection water quality and injection water is not matched with the reservoir.Finally, the paper adopts acidification and fracturing measures to improve the reservoir permeability and well-injection capability for the wells of high wellhead pressure and wells of less volume, it adopts single well boost and injection stimulation technology to improve the ability of water injection for the wells of low wellhead pressure and wells of high water absorption index. The field application shows that the construction effect is well, and it can solve the problem of under injection for the water injection wells and improve the water injection condition.
