Natural gas is a clean,efficient,convenient and high-quality energy of non-renewable. At present,natural gas has been widely applied to every field.Underground natural gas usually contain a certain amount of sulfide and carbon dioxide which required purification processing such as desulfurization decarburization before process to use.Hence the study of gas desulfurization decarburization technologies under different temperament conditions is significant for production and development of the oil and gas and the efficient use of natural gas.In this thesis,the desulfurization decarburization purification technology for an oilfield associated gas containing H2S,CO2and organic sulfur is researched,it’s stringent for the gas purification requirements due to be raw materials of the LNG production,while the existing desulfurization decarburization technology is difficult to directly employ.There are analysis and comparison on the current existing gas desulfurization and decarburization method and process,combining the associated gas field temperament characteristics, then select the physical and chemical absorption method as the basic desulfurization decarburization process on associated gas.The final design of complete desulfurization decarburization purification process with the associated gas,to meet the needs of downstream LNG production temperament after an analysis and study of solvent formulations, booster scheme,and heavy hydrocarbon dissolution process issues involved in the scheme.A comparative analysis of five formulations solution’s effect on desulfurization and decarburization, and ultimately determine the desulfurization solvent is the sulfone amine solvent type Ⅱ (Sulfinol-D),and to determine the appropriate solvent ratio of Sulfolane:DIPA: H2O=45%:40%:15%(mass ratio).According to the solution formulation, analysis and discussion focused on the impact of the main process parameters on desulfurization decarburization process,and obtain a reasonable operating range of critical process parameters: associated gas temperature into the column was30℃,the absorption pressure is3.0MPa, gas to liquid ratio is300,regeneration temperature131℃,the temperature into the regeneration tower after the rich liquid heat exchange is85℃,the poor liquid temperature into the absorber is40℃, the number of absorption column plate is20.The booster scheme of raw materials is mainly to meet the purpose of the proper absorption of pressure,finally a two-grade booster scheme with intermediate cooling is decided.The problem of heavy hydrocarbons dissolved in the solution formulation due to the high content of heavy hydrocarbons in associated gas,the paper proposes a three phase separator instead of the traditional two-phase flash tank equipment scheme, separated heavy hydrocarbons dissolved in the formulation solution,and the three-phase separator flash pressure is600kPa.In addition,there are the preliminary discussion and analysis of solution pressure energy recover in the paper, and reduce the energy consumption of the device effectively. Finally, a preliminary selection of key equipment is performed.
