With the rapid development of economy,China's pollution is more and more serious,The SO2 pollution has become an important problem to be solved,also is the current urgent environmental protection science and technology.At the same time,our country but there is a serious shortage of sulfur resources,external dependency reached 60%?Therefore,development of low cost,reliable technology,high desulphurization rate and sulfur resources recyclable desulfurization technology has become an urgent task in the field of desulfurization technology in China.Wet flue gas desulfurization technology the most mature technology is currently the world's most widely used desulfurization technology.Organic amine desulfurization efficiency is very high,do not produce secondary pollution in the process of desulfurization,can deal with low concentration of SO2,used in desulfurization absorbent can recycle,and reduce the cost of desulfurization,compared with the flue gas acid is more stable,has wide application prospect.Based on gold molybdenum co sulfate emissions renovation project as the background,according to the control demand of organic amine desulfurization system and the scene of the actual situation,design a set of organic amine desulfurization based on DCS control system and a set of amine liquid purification plant control system based on PLC,and through the profibus-dp communication technology upload the data on the PLC to DCS for centralized monitoring.On the basis of the system overall design scheme,and separately introduces the HOLLiAS MACS V6 DCS control system and hardware configuration of the control system of Siemens S7-300 PLC.Respectively expounds hollysys HOLLiAS MACS V6 DCS control system and Siemens S7-300 PLC control system software configuration,parameter configuration,and between the profibus-dp communication related configuration and configuration.And analyses the key issues in the system was put into operation.
